We are pleased to announce that Kenny Wilburn of Piketon, OH has accepted the position of Northern Region Representative. Kenny has always been an avid Beagle hunter. He has hunted multiple formats but really felt at home with PKC. He is well versed in the rules and will give the region the support needed. I recently talked with Kenny and was surprised with some of his thoughts and plans for the Northern Region.
Kenny says that his biggest accomplishment was winning the PKC World Championship with his hound "Blue"; he is regularly found in the winner's circle. Kenny found himself in the Semis of the world this year as well but it didn't work out as well as last year. He has always helped PKC in any way he could, and has judged some of the biggest casts to date when he wasn't hunting them.
Kenny would like to thank his wife "Marie" for her support through the years and allowing him to pursue his dreams. He also wanted to thank his children Brian, Mark and Tesha for understanding why he's gone. When you talk to Kenny you can tell his Dad "Kenneth" is more than just a Dad; he is his best friend. Kenny commented "I want to thank my Dad for always being a good role model and my best friend."
If you get chance to meet Kenny, please do so! I think you will be impressed. If you are in the Northern Region and need something don't hesitate to call Kenny.

We would like to announce that Billy Ray Parrish of Princeton, KY has accepted the position as Southern Region Representative of the PKC Beagle Program. Billy has been a long time hunter and member of PKC. Billy became a member of PKC in the early 80's when he was an avid coon hunter. His knowledge of PKC and rabbit hunting has proved to be valuable to the success of the PKC Beagle Program. Billy Ray prides himself on being fair and honest regardless of the circumstances.
Some of Billy's biggest accomplishments in the PKC sport are winning the Senior Division of the Breeders' Showcase with his coonhound "Do It All Bee". Other accomplishments include placing fourth at the 2013 Beagle World Championship with "Do It All Jeff". Jeff was also the 2013 Reserve Hound of the Year in the Beagle Division.
When not hunting he enjoys spending time with his children; Katie-24, Kayla-20, and Joseph-2. Billy has four grandchildren that keep him hopping; Trinity, Sophie, Christen and Isaiah. When he's not with the children and grandchildren, he's running his dogs getting ready for the hunts. He is very excited about his new position with PKC and if you're in the Southern Region and need anything don't hesitate to give him a call.
